We do NOT apply or remove any gel nails or acrylic nails.

Cancellations & Appointment Changes

As a courtesy, we do require notification of any cancellations and/or changes to your service at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any missed appointment will be charged that service fee on the next visit.

We reserve the right to deny services to a customer who is more than 10-15 minutes late for their appointment. Please call to inform us if you think that you will be late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to a different day if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late.

Appointments are highly recommended; walk-ins are always welcome but not always guaranteed.

We gladly offer services for children. However, if your child does not have a scheduled appointment, please do not have them accompany you out of respect for our other guests and the calm, relaxing environment we strive to offer.

After much reflection—and with very full hearts—we want to share that Magnolia’s Natural Nail Clinic will be permanently closing, with our final day of services on May 9, 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. Magnolia’s has been so much more than a business to me —it has been a place of connection, trust, laughter, and care. Each of you has played a meaningful role in shaping what this space has become. You were never just clients to us—you became part of our story, and in many ways, part of our family.

It has truly been an honor to serve you. We are deeply grateful for your loyalty, your kindness, and the relationships we’ve built over the years. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your routines, your celebrations, and even your quiet moments of self-care. Those memories will stay with us long after our doors close.

Between now and our final day, we would love the opportunity to see you again. We will continue offering services by appointment, as availability allows, and it would mean so much to have a chance to say goodbye in person.
