Our Policies

Cancellations & Appointment Changes


As a courtesy, we do require notification of any cancellations and/or changes to your service at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any missed appointment will be charged that service fee on the next visit.




Late Arrivals


We reserve the right to deny services to a customer who is more than 10-15 minutes late for their appointment. Please call to inform us if you think that you will be late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to a different day if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late.




Walk-Ins


Appointments are highly recommended; walk-ins are always welcome but not always guaranteed.




Gel & Acrylic Nails


We do NOT apply or remove any gel nails or acrylic nails.




Children


We gladly offer services for children. However, if your child does not have a scheduled appointment, please do not have them accompany you out of respect for our other guests and the calm, relaxing environment we strive to offer.
